Munchies Anyone?

What does one do when a person wants a mid-morning snack but has a gazillion food allergies and since grocery shopping every day is neither practical, and is avoided like *insert worst thing ever* pickin's in the fridge get mighty slim very fast?

This morning I made myself a lettuce sammich.  

I have had and seen people eat far worse.  

I had romaine lettuce, mayo, marbled goat cheese, and a dill pickle.  I also had some left over pastrami.  So, so, so good.  It filled me up, and was quick to make.  Basically a real sandwich with no bread. 

Okay, sounds boring.

What do you do for a quick energy, stop-the-tummy-from-hollering-at-ya-yummy snack that can not contain anything?
